The benchmark of success
Every stage is measured against this outcome. EDB retains its independent eligibility, assessment and approval mandate; preparation does not imply EDB approval or financing commitment.

Stage 1 · The recap
A full-day working session at SRTIP Sharjah brought UAE manufacturers together with MOIAT, Emirates Development Bank and Handle. We unpacked what makes a factory bankable, introduced the assessment-to-bankability framework, and ran the Bankability Quick-Scan live so every participant left with a baseline view of where they stand.
The arc of the day
From the national ambition for industry to a live scoring exercise, the programme built toward one thing: a clear, shared definition of manufacturer bankability.

The road ahead
Stage 1 gave you the map. Stage 2 is where you prepare, submit and earn your place at the readiness execution tables, working toward a Bankability Profile ready for EDB.
The model behind the programme
Handle develops and operates business assets through a new execution model that breaks from traditional advisory handover and replaces fragmented advisory with the Powerhouse of 3 Practices essential to every business: strategy, capital and law.
Handle works across seven sectors. This programme lives in one of them, Industry & Manufacturing, where the model turns factory readiness into manufacturer bankability for UAE producers.
Defines the direction.
Structures the growth.
Protects the execution.
Execution governance holds the mandate together, connecting strategy, capital and law into one accountable route.
The pathway
Each step opens a 5-day window for interested participants. Steps 1-3 are completed remotely; Step 4 is the in-person workshop, scheduled and notified once the prequalified list is confirmed.
Who is in the room
Nominate these roles at registration. Each speaks to part of the readiness picture; together they let the workshop close real gaps in the room rather than defer them.
The signature output
By the end of Stage 2 each prequalified manufacturer holds a scored Bankability Map, an evidenced view of progress against baseline, and a Bankability Profile prepared for submission to EDB.
